Cheese Quail Egg Omelet

24 quail eggs

  1. Beat eggs then add 4 tablespoons of milk. 
  2. Place one tablespoon of butter in non-stick pan. 
  3. When melted, pour mixture in. 
  4. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Then add 1/4 pound of grated cheese. 
  5. Brown omelet carefully, fold over and serve immediately.
