DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We post/send on Mondays and Tuesdays depending on location
- Orders received after close of business Fridays will be posted/couriered the following week
- Please observe public holidays
- Link is provided to track the progress of orders during order confirmation
- Email notification is sent when order is posted/collected by courier
- Delivery Tracking Number is provided via the notification email and/ or link to track progress of order
- Please allow a minimum 2 hours for the tracking number to appear or show any activity
- Make sure someone is home or authority to leave is indicated (for courier only) or you will be carded

Auspost Network is experiencing delays (REGULAR AND EXPRESS)
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN SELECTING BETWEEN REGULAR POST, EXPRESS POST. AND COURIER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN ORDERING FERTILE EGGS.
Please track your orders and ensure hat someone is home to receive the delivery. If no one is home, you will be carded and you would have to collect from the Post Office at a later time/day. Please keep this in mind especially when ordering fertile eggs.
Courier
Courier Service is currently limited to QLD, NSW and SA customers.
Due to COVID-19, orders are delivered contact-free and is left at a safe place if available. Please indicate at checkout if okay to leave or not.
- If not okay to leave parcel or no one is home--you will be carded and your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point. Please keep this in mind especially when ordering fertile eggs.
